I added search functionality at the bottom of each page today. Type in your search word and it will return any result that includes that word.
Is it a fantastic function with multiple filters and bells and whistles? Nope. But, it will help you find something even if you are looking for a plant using a local name or slang, it may show up in the results. Then just click on the results and you can see if that is what you are looking for.
I have been using the feature now for a couple of weeks and it really does help find things. Sometimes I am looking for a plant name and can’t remember the scientific name, but I can remember a slang term or even just a single part of the name. So, type it in and click to search. There it is! Then just click on the link provided adnd it takes me right to where I wanted to go.
Is this GOOGLE SEARCH? No, but maybe someday you will find this site in Google.
