I have been away from web development for a few years now. My first website was an auction site back when eBay wasn’t really the dominant player. Yes, that was in the mid 1990’s
Later in life I created another website that used forum software to open discussions about another experience I was going through. Tropcial fish, mostly cichlids, but I also had catfich, piranha and many others. I enjoyed that expereince and even got into commercial importing and exporting of fish. For some reason I also got involved in conservations of various species. I think they were endangered because most of the fish were quiet ugly really.
My next endeavour involved history and genealogy. I created a large website for information about historical aspects of family members and my ancestry. It was a fun experience overall but pasted into history itself.
Now I am going to use this space to create a place formy efforts with plants in the Philippines. I am retired now and this is the place I chose to live. I still like to keep busy and learn things so mostly bonsai are my addiction for now. I think it will be my addiction for many years.
