Metal Racks are the only way to keep my plants. I have tried other ways to present my plants and some have advantages over others. Metal racks provide a wealth of space to store and caare for your plants.
This is the metal rack that I prefer to use for now. It is made from angle iron and flat metal. Additionally, it is treated and painted to hopefully extend its lifetime in this unforgiving environment.

I have also tried some fiberglass pedestals for individual pots. I painted this and it doesn’t look bad. It is just not very large and if the plant is too big, it becomes top-heavy.

Yes, I tried temporary placement on some plastic containers I had around. Filled with various gravel, pumice, or cocopeat, they are big. But, the problem is that when watered the lid retains the water under the pot. The pot doesn’t really drain all the way. Yep, you got it, root rot. I placed this stick under the pot to ensure drainage. Lol.
Did the stick work? Yeah, it sure did, btu I am glad I noticed the issue before killing my trees.
