Wrightia religiosa is normally called the Water Jasmine or Japanese Suamei. I wish I knew how to pronouce that.
In the past, I have gotten these plants from a number of different sources and those from Lazada were fine specimens as well as those from nurseries. I also noticed many advertised as variegated. I got some and they also have a nice appearance.
